Terms & Conditions
The hotel accepts cash, personal cheques (with
valid guarantee card to stated limit), Debit Cards & the following
Credit Cards: AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. We
require name & address of cardholder & expiry date of card.
Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm bookings
in all cases.
Check in time: 1400 hrs
Check out time: 1030hrs
Cancellation Policy: We accept cancellations up
to 72 hours before arrival. (A Special cancellation policy is applicable
for Christmas and New Year breaks which will be explained at time
of booking.)
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged full
room rate for the first night stay. Substancial charges (as well
as loss of deposit) can therefore arise from cancelled rooms and
holiday bookings, even in the case of illness. A confirmed booking
is a legally binding contract. We advise all guests to insure against
financial losses due to cancellation. All cancellations must be
made in writing.
Should we take your booking and cannot accommodate you, we will
refund any deposit paid.
One dog per room is accepted. £5.00 per night.
Hotel accepts a limited number of dogs per night. Must be pre booked.
Can not be left in room without supervision and are not allowed
in food serve areas.
If dinner and/or breakfast is inclusive but not taken, credits/refunds
are not possible.
